I have completed all of the material that I had available from the 16 volume set of Owen’s work into audio mp3 format. Some Volumes or books in certain volumes were either not available to me or were not suitable for immediate transfer to audio format. Of the latter group is only the two short catechisms and the direction on the worship of God. Both are catechisms with reference superscripts and scripture references. While good for text format it makes for very choppy audio. If anyone has public domain versions of The rest of Owen’s works which I may freely and legally use please email me or use the contact page.
Now Available! John Owen’s treatise on the mortification (putting to death) of sin in the life of the believer.Lord willing, the rest of his 16 volumes (or at least a great part of them) are on their way.
This is the second part in a series on Sanctification preached in New Hartford, NY.The Vivification of GracePreached on 8-5-2007
Here is my first sermon preached in the Reformed Presbyterian Church. The Mortification of Sin
This is a message/ lesson I taught at the Reformed Presbyterian Church in Fulton, NY. on Jan 7, 2007. It contrasts the present chief end of men in our day with the chief end for which God made and saves them.God is the Gospel.I borrowed the title from John Piper”s Book by the same name.
My prayer is that the Theological Audio will be used by God to edify and build His Church.
Please send me feedback on these audio files, as, if I hear that people are helped by them, I can do more, Lord willing in the future.
Also, I have not personally listened to all the files yet, and it is helpful if people send a quick email about errors etc…
please e-mail me through the Contact Doxology form.
